Real Estate Lead, Data Center Site Acquisition

📋 Description

• Own market prioritization and portfolio acquisition strategy across target geographies
• Source and evaluate land parcels to support long-term data center growth
• Build a national pipeline of site opportunities via brokers, landowners, and market mapping
• Lead commercial site-control strategies across LOIs, options, PSA structures, BTS, leases
• Coordinate diligence across zoning, entitlements, title/ALTA, environmental, and infrastructure
• Negotiate transaction structures and prepare investment-recommendation packages

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in commercial real estate acquisition, site selection, or corporate development
• Proven success closing large-scale land deals (500+ acres) under tight timelines
• Deep understanding of data center site selection drivers and constraints
• Experience with due diligence scopes and complex negotiations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; data-driven decision making
• Travel readiness for on-site acquisition deals
