📋 Description

• Own MLS onboarding end-to-end from kickoff to go-live; coordinate with MLSs, brokerages, data
• Navigate forms, agreements, vendor registration; complete MLS vendor questionnaires and manage
• Design and run a repeatable onboarding playbook that scales with Canva's growth.
• Own compliance and audits; manage renewals with finance and legal.
• Be the internal MLS expert; advise Product on data requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Drive automation to reduce onboarding time and manual steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep MLS expertise with 5+ years in MLSs, real estate data providers, or real estate tech with
• Technical fluency in US MLS operations, IDX/VOW licensing, RESO standards, and compliance.
• Legal/commercial comfort representing Canva as an authorized signer in negotiations and onboarding
• Process builder: experience in building complex, multi-party workflows; proficient with Airtable or
• Strong communicator and translator; can turn MLS requirements into actionable briefs for legal
• Self-directed, detail-oriented with ability to manage high-stakes workload; nothing falls through
