📋 Description

• Own MLS onboarding end-to-end: single point of accountability from deal close to go-live
• Navigate forms, agreements, and vendor registration: complete MLS vendor questionnaires, data
• Build and run a repeatable onboarding playbook that scales with Canva's growth in Real Estate.
• Own compliance and/audit: review MLS connections for compliance gaps, manage renewals, partner with
• Be internal MLS expert: advise product on data requirements and roadmap, flag compliance
• Drive automation and efficiency: cut onboarding time and reduce manual steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep MLS expertise with 5+ years in MLSs, real estate data providers, or related tech, with strong
• Technical fluency in US MLS operations, IDX/VOW licensing, RESO standards, and related compliance.
• Legal/commercial comfort with MLS partnerships; able to act as Canva authorized signer in
• Process builder: experience designing/running complex multi-party workflows (e.g., Airtable).
• Strong communicator/translator: turn MLS requirements into actionable briefs for legal, product
• Self-directed and detail-oriented; ability to manage high-stakes workload with no misses.
