Monitor plan adherence and surface intraday signals to stay ahead of SLA risk.
Influence scheduling and RTA practices to be scalable and humane.

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on scheduling or real-time/intraday management experience in Support/CX.
Strong grasp of coverage, adherence, occupancy, conformance concepts.
Ability to make quick, sound decisions with imperfect information.
Analytical, able to read live data and turn it into actionable adjustments.
Experience with WFM/scheduling tooling and dashboarding.
