Real-World Evidence (RWE) Specialist – Healthcare Registries (Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and implementation support for new RWE customers.
• Develop Customer Success Plans for assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with registry teams, clinicians, researchers, and customers.
• Conduct regular customer review meetings and monitor adoption.
• Deliver training sessions and webinars to customers.
• Ensure customers realise measurable value from NEC solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role within SaaS or healthcare tech.
• Experience with real-world data, registries, or life sciences analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of data governance, information security, and health data compliance.
• Track record of driving customer adoption and value realization.
• Desirable: SaaS healthcare exp, NHS data/registries knowledge, bids/tenders experience.
