Recipe Instruction Designer

📋 Description

• Execute daily tasks related to recipe data entry and instructional design
• Develop operational development projects for Crumbl desserts
• Assist in creating clear, actionable instructions for new and existing recipes
• Maintain Crumbl’s recipe database and instructional library
• Coordinate with teams to ensure quality and consistency
• Occasional travel to support testing and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in English, Communications, Instructional Design, or related field
• 6 months Crumbl experience preferred
• Strong time management and multi-project handling
• Adapt to Crumbl’s internal technology quickly
• Excellent written documentation skills
• Experience with content management systems or recipe databases
