Recovery Coach - Community Outreach Specialist (Northern Massachusetts)

📋 Description

• Community outreach in SE Massachusetts to enroll new members
• Partner with local providers and community leaders
• Visit provider locations, attend events, and perform phone & SMS outreach
• Promote Marigold Health peer services and app usage
• Travel to partner sites and events as needed
• Support relationships with provider partners and meet contract goals

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in community outreach or healthcare sales
• Ability to read people and build comfort
• Working toward or holding Certified Recovery Coach in MA
• Self-starter; able to work independently
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Willing to travel ~75% of the time
