Plans, organizes and directs comprehensive recreation programs within the Job Corps Program
Develops and promotes recreational programs for trainees; schedules activities safely and
Extends partnerships with community recreation providers
Oversees staffing patterns and development of department staff
Submits Calendar of Events monthly to the Director of Social Development by the 15th
Meets new students during first week and monitors participation under spending limits

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Recreation, Physical Education or related field; or 4-6 years related
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/First Aid Certifications
Ability to supervise planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of recreation programs and
