• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business areas, from search
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define target candidate profiles, and
• Proactively identify and engage qualified talent using advanced sourcing methods, including Boolean
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach and thoughtful engagement
• Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience with timely communication and transparency
• Develop knowledge of talent markets, industry trends, competitor organizations, and hiring dynamics

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech company, executive
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM
• Strong understanding of the technology talent landscape and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage with
• Experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple searches and translating business
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and data-driven recruiting.
