🎯 Requirements

8+ years recruiting experience
Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design preferred
Hands-on with an ATS; Greenhouse experience preferred
Strong sourcing and passive talent engagement
Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Ability to partner with hiring managers and build credibility

🎁 Benefits

Salary: $69,200 - $86,500 annually
Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision
