📋 Description

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom with hiring team.
• Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Communicate professionally to ensure a positive candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting experience (in-house, agency, or RPO).
• Proven sourcing skills across platforms and channels.
• Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English; remote-ready.
