🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proactive sourcing: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach
Strong English communication with stakeholders
Judgment and fast, evidence-based decisions
Experience recruiting international markets (LATAM, PH, SA a plus)
Hands-on with ATS, Google Workspace, Slack
