Recruiter (6 Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and regions
• Source candidates and build pipelines for open roles
• Partner with hiring managers/HR to define profiles
• Coordinate screening, interviews, and candidate experience
• Maintain data accuracy in ATS and recruitment tools
• Monitor progress and manage multiple vacancies across functions

• Experienced recruiter with full-cycle expertise
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement
• Ability to hire in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers
• Experience using ATS and maintaining records
• Strong written and verbal English; comfortable across European time zones
