📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment across functions and regions
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers and hires
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define candidate profiles
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and ATS usage
• Manage multiple vacancies across markets while meeting timelines
• Improve recruitment processes for scalable talent acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to closing)
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Excellent stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders
• Ability to assess candidates and provide insights across European time zones
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools
