📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of open roles and manage recruitment activities from intake through sourcing
• Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and proactive engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define profiles and drive progress.
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and effective ATS usage.
• Manage multiple vacancies across functions, markets, and priorities.

• Experienced recruiter with full-cycle recruitment expertise and strong communication.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
• Direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline building skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders.
• Ability to assess candidates and provide insights while managing priorities.
