Recruiter (6 Month FTC)

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of open roles and manage recruitment activities from intake through sourcing
• Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and proactive talent
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand requirements and drive recruitment
• Manage screening, assessment, and interview coordination with a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and effective use of ATS and recruitment tools.
• Monitor hiring progress, identify delays, and keep processes on track.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement with pipelines.
• Experience delivering recruitment outcomes in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders.
• Ability to assess candidates and manage priorities independently.
• Experience using ATS and maintaining recruitment records.
