📋 Description

• Full-cycle recruiting across assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on role scope and interview structure.
• Build pipelines for recurring/hard-to-fill roles.
• Own candidate experience and keep ATS clean.
• Manage offers with People and Compensation teams.
• Track funnel metrics and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Around five years in talent acquisition/People HR with full-cycle ownership.
• Ability to switch between recruiting and operational HR with examples.
• HRIS/ATS fluency (preferably Greenhouse), data-oriented.
• Strong stakeholder management and discretion with sensitive info.
