📋 Description

• Lead successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Collaborate with offshore Recruitment Delivery Center teams
• Coach and mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs on recruiting practices
• Drive best practice across the recruitment lifecycle
• Act as talent advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage requisitions with accurate documentation and KPI alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment in staffing or corporate HR
• Behavioral based interview experience
• MSAs and SOWs understanding
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Strong analytics and data-to-action ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
