📋 Description

• Act as TA partner to hiring managers; develop and execute hiring strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Build stakeholder relationships; advise on market trends and talent availability.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized and competitive talent markets.
• Proactively source and maintain diverse candidate pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in product or tech.
• Ability to influence hiring managers through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Proven success sourcing and closing passive talent in a competitive market.
• Experience hiring across business, technical, or corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Strong direct sourcing skills and structured interviewing.
