• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and business units, partnering with
• Engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage with clear
• Develop knowledge of talent markets, industry trends, and hiring dynamics to shape strategy and
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on role requirements and market trends
• Maintain data accuracy and process discipline across recruiting systems and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in tech or recruitment consultancy
• Proven ability to source and engage talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS, and
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
• Strong understanding of the tech landscape and competitive talent market insights
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple searches
