🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in recruiting/interviewing or candidate assessment, preferably in fast-paced/remote
• Confident on-camera presence for frequent video interviews.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and objective candidate evaluation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple interviews.
• Independent, reliable, with consistent availability for agreed hours.
