🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication
• Experience in recruiting/interviewing or candidate assessment, ideally in fast-paced/remote env
• Strong on-camera presence for frequent video interviews
• Excellent interpersonal skills and objective evaluation of candidates
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple interviews
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with reliable setup
