🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, or candidate assessment
• Strong on-camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews and role-playing
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate character, communication
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple interviews and
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining punctuality
