We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our thriving Recruitment Team
Work under the Recruitment Manager, US in sourcing and hiring talent for a growing business
Engage in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple requisitions
Collaborate with Operations and HR to surface patterns in candidate drop-off
Own assigned requisitions from sourcing through offer
Set up and attend recruitment meetings and interviews

🎯 Requirements

Excellent English language proficiency
Fluency in any other EU language(s) is a plus
2 to 4 years’ experience in recruitment
Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience using social media and other recruitment techniques
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
