📋 Description

• Recruit high-volume hires for Evolution Atlantic City operations.
• Source, screen, interview, and move candidates through process.
• Maintain an outstanding candidate experience and engaging pipelines.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR, Operations, and Training.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year recruiting experience, high-volume preferred.
• Experience hiring hourly/entry-level roles (hospitality, retail, call center, etc.).
• High-energy, positive, relationship-driven personality.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit hiring goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ATS.
