📋 Description

• Own full‑cycle recruiting (intake, sourcing, assessments, offers) and drive efficient, high‑quality
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview plans, and timelines; help
• Support intake meetings and recruiting syncs by sharing updates, surfacing insights, and
• Execute strong recruiting operations: manage timelines, track progress, and proactively communicate
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with timely communication, structured assessments, and
• Use data to inform your work: monitor funnel health, identify trends, and suggest improvements to

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical roles
• Experience hiring for moderately complex roles (e.g., industry hires, early-career or internship
• Ability to manage multiple searches at once while maintaining strong organization and candidate
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you build trust and keep hiring partners
• Experience using recruiting data (e.g., pipeline metrics, conversion rates) to inform your approach
• Comfortable ideating, building, and experimenting with AI tools, like ChatGPT to support recruiting
