• Experience recruiting across Sales and related areas (Customer Success, Professional Services
• Proven success in global remote talent markets.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting with candidate experience focus.
• Experience with ATS (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Pipeline development and use of market intelligence for hiring strategy.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder influence across time zones.
