📋 Description

• Recruit for Sales roles across AMER region in a fully remote setup.
• Partner with hiring teams to shape recruiting strategies and lifecycle.
• Balance sourcing, stakeholder engagement, market insight, and process improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting at all levels, preferably Sales (CS, PS, Field Ops, Enablement, Ecosystems).
• Proven success recruiting in global and remote markets.
• Strong candidate experience focus and comms skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines with competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate across timezones and teams.
• Experience with candidate tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn
