• Fully remote, full-time recruiting role in Ireland focus
• Own a live talent community across multiple role families
• Build pipelines before hiring demand emerges and move candidates to active roles
• Improve recruiting processes and use data to raise quality and speed
• Autonomous, metrics-driven environment with experimentation
• Collaborate with U.S.-based managers and maintain engagement with candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining talent pools and interviewing/vetting candidates
• Recruitment experience in customer service/operations, or similar roles; US-market experience
• Ability to manage multiple roles with tight deadlines
• Strong English communication; overlap with U.S. Central Time
• Remote work setup and independent work style
• Strong assessment skills and data-driven mindset
