🎯 Requirements

• Experience building talent pools, interviewing, and vetting pre-opening roles.
• Recruiting experience in the U.S. market or with U.S.-based companies.
• Ability to manage multiple roles with tight deadlines.
• Advanced English; work Monday–Friday with overlap to U.S. Central Time.
• Reliable remote setup; able to work independently.
• Data-driven, metrics-focused with strong ownership.
