📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
• Identify and engage qualified candidates via sourcing and outreach
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding support
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing and workflows
• Deliver an inclusive, professional candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with GTM/revenue roles preferred
• Strong sourcing, pipeline, and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using AI recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and organization
