📋 Description

• Build automated sourcing bots and workflows to generate qualified candidates.
• Create multi-channel outreach sequences, dashboards, and optimization loops.
• Develop a market intelligence system for competitor hiring signals with real-time Slack alerts.
• Build an internal referral/backchannel system mapping employee networks for warm intros.
• Automate interviewer and candidate prep with packets, interview guides, triggered comms, calendar/ATS integrations.
• Implement ATS data integrity checks and cleanup workflows to keep recruiting data reliable.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to whiteboard and explain automation projects.
• 1+ year experience as a dedicated sourcer or recruiter.
• Strong recruiting operations foundation (ATS hygiene, process design, reporting).
• Comfort building connected systems and iterating quickly.
• Remote work experience; proficient with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana.
• High ownership, fast pace, and flexible hours for hiring needs.
