Recruitment Associate (Fixed Term)

📋 Description

• Sourcing candidates across a range of roles using various recruitment channels
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interview panels
• Preparing and issuing offer documentation and onboarding activities
• Organising and tracking language and technical assessments
• Maintaining candidate information in the recruitment system
• Conducting initial candidate phone screens with training support

🎯 Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Poland
• 2+ years recruitment experience, in-house preferred, legal talent a plus
• Experience sourcing passive candidates
• Experience in a global team is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
