Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines; source and engage passive candidates across channels.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and align on profiles and timelines.
Utilize CRM and other recruitment tools to track progress and generate pipeline reports.
Stay up-to-date with Web3 and Emerging Technology developments to inform strategies.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years in agency recruitment (360), with strong track record
Experience recruiting for emerging tech sectors (AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum, semiconductors)
Familiarity with emerging tech sectors and trends
Strong CRM and recruitment platform knowledge is an advantage
Fluency in Mandarin and English required
