• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via proactive sourcing across platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on needs, insights, and hiring timelines.
• Use CRM and recruitment tools to track progress and pipeline activity.
• Stay current on Web3 and Emerging Tech trends to inform recruiting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years in 360 recruitment with strong track record.
• Experience recruiting in emerging tech sectors (AI, Blockchain, Robotics, Quantum, semiconductors).
• Familiarity with emerging tech sectors, developments, and trends.
• Strong CRM/recruitment platform knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English required.
