Develop and execute strategies across multiple talent segments and geographies.
Partner with recruiters and stakeholders to create targeted campaigns driving pipelines.
Translate EVPs into campaigns, content, and candidate experiences.
Manage end-to-end recruitment marketing initiatives across the candidate journey.
Plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years experience in Sourcing & Marketing
1 year of experience managing Social Media Marketing
Strong writing skills with good tone
Imaginative problem solver
Ability to participate effectively in a team across multiple locations
Design and video production experience a plus
