Recruitment Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters with coaching
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for quality and efficiency
• Manage ATS usage, data entry, pipeline tracking and reporting
• Drive improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows
• Escalate team challenges and client needs
• Monitor team KPIs and align with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Staffing agency background is non-negotiable
• Managerial or senior leadership experience overseeing recruiters
• Hands-on ATS platforms and recruiting tech stacks
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations
• Remote work experience with tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana) and US/UK exposure
