Manage full lifecycle of requisitions: intake, shortlisting, sourcing, onboarding, contractor
Act as talent advisor to ensure quality talent is acquired promptly.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers across stages of contract labor acquisition.
Prepare insightful questions for req intake and document conversations in VMS systems.
Monitor open requirements and advise on sourcing strategies to meet timelines.
Maintain monthly activity and performance reports and ensure client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

End-to-end recruitment process methodology, preferably contract recruitment.
Experience with MSP or contract hiring is beneficial.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Ability to interpret data and convey market trends to stakeholders.
