Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead recruitment activities with direct sourcing and KPI delivery.
• Coach and mentor RSSs, TAs, RCs across the account.
• Communicate market trends and provide consultative advice to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with AGS COEs and shared services to meet client needs and prevent escalations.
• Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions.
• Build and maintain Talent Pools and monitor recruitment activity for volume forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience conducting behavioral based interviews.
• Thorough knowledge of OFCCP compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into action. Bachelor's degree preferred.
