Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; mentor RSS, TA, RC.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI achievement.
• Act as Talent Advisor on market trends and client needs.
• Manage requisitions with compliant documentation and client processes.
• Coach candidates for selection stages and provide timely feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience (staffing or corporate HR).
• Experience with behavioral interviews and MSAs/SOWs.
• Strong analytics skills; translate data into actions.
• Ability to influence without authority; stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
