Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach RSS/TA/RCs
• Drive best practices across the recruitment lifecycle
• Act as talent advisor to hiring managers
• Manage requisitions with accurate recruitment data and processes
• Meet or exceed client SLAs and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews
• MSAs and SOWs understanding
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders
• Strong analytics and data-to-action capability
• Experience writing client communications and job descriptions
