Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers
• Coordinate with offshore RSSs and RCs; mentor RSS/TA/RC
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and client brand advocacy
• Direct sourcing and manage stakeholder relationships to avoid escalations
• Forecast recruitment volume and ensure SLA/KPI delivery
• Provide consultative, strategic talent advisory to clients

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment in staffing or corporate HR
• Behavioral-based interview experience
• Understanding of MSAs and SOWs
• Experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders
• Strong analytics skills; translate data to actions
• Influence without authority; create sourcing plans
