Recruitment Relationship Manager II

📋 Description

• Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers.
• Collaborate with offshore Recruitment Delivery Center team; coach RSS/TA/RC staff.
• Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and be the brand ambassador for AGS.
• Manage requisitions and ensure compliance with client processes.
• Provide consultative and strategic talent solutions to stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs for the client and role.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Behavioral interview experience across roles.
• MSA and SOW understanding; ATS experience.
• Strong analytics ability to translate data into actions.
• Influence without authority; solid communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong MS Office skills.
