📋 Description

• The key focus is to lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers and be the first contact
• Report to the Recruitment Operations Manager and drive best practice across the recruitment
• Ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioral interviews for various roles.
• Understanding of MSAs and SOWs; can manage multiple searches and stakeholders.
• Strong analytics and ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with ATS and ability to write client-oriented communications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to present to clients (1-15 people).
