📋 Description

• Talent intelligence and market insights across Europe, focusing on data centre professionals
• Strategic sourcing and talent mapping; engage professionals via direct search, networking, and
• Build and maintain talent maps of key organisations, functions and talent pools across Europe
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leads to define sourcing strategies
• Engage and nurture relationships to build a long-term candidate pipeline
• Shape talent research and strategic sourcing approaches within Goodman

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Economics or related field
• 3-5 years in talent sourcing, recruitment research, executive search, talent intelligence or similar
• Proven ability identifying and engaging passive candidates via direct search, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience conducting talent mapping, competitor analysis and labour market research
• Strong analytical skills to translate market data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; self-starter and able to shape new processes
