🎯 Requirements

3+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing in fast-paced tech.
Experience or interest in Tech; understanding of non-technical roles in DeFi and blockchain.
Advanced ATS/CRM skills; Boolean search; AI-sourcing; CRM databases.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; quick rapport with senior candidates.
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple sourcing projects with deadlines.
