🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in a relevant industry/function.
Proven ability to creatively source using job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and
Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within each search area.
Industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries.
Strong tech proficiency: Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
