Recruitment Sourcing Specialist II

📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates to fill roles efficiently
• Collaborate with the Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA to refine sourcing plans
• Develop best-practice sourcing strategies and champion Allegis Global Solutions branding
• Pipeline talent and maintain pre-qualified candidate pools aligned with client workforce plans
• Provide candidate care and pre-screen effectively for recruitment processes
• Maintain timely, accurate candidate interaction records

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience
• Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and
• Advanced diversity sourcing knowledge
• In-depth industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries
• Strong tech skills (Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous
