📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies for passive candidates
• Collaborate with Recruitment Relationship Manager and client teams
• Recommend enhancements to recruitment strategy
• Drive best practice sourcing and represent the AGS brand
• Build pre-qualified candidate talent pools aligned to workforce plans
• Maintain timely, accurate candidate interactions

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience
• Proven ability to source via job boards, associations, referrals, social media
• Advanced diversity sourcing within each search area
• In-depth industry knowledge
• Ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
