Recruitment Sourcing Specialist II

📋 Description

• Execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates
• Collaborate with on-site Recruitment Relationship Manager and client TA
• Recommend enhancements to improve recruitment strategy effectiveness
• Drive best practice sourcing strategies and act as AGS brand ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in given industry/function
• Proven ability to creatively source via job boards, associations, referral programs, social media
• Advanced knowledge of diversity sourcing within searches
• Industry knowledge and ability to recruit across multiple functions/industries
• Strong tech knowledge: Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Experience with AGS client sectors is advantageous
